January 2024: The Inception

Jitva Foundation was officially incorporated as a Section 8 Company. The first regional office was set up in Pune with a core team of 5 dedicated social workers.

June 2024: Medical Reach Expansion

Launched the 'Swasthya Jitva' initiative, completing 50+ medical camps within the first six months, serving over 10,000 families across Maharashtra.

2025 Goal: Digital Literacy & PAN India

Planned expansion into 5 more states, focusing on digital education for rural students and establishing 24/7 emergency medical helplines.
