Jitva Foundation — Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules related to donations, payments, and cancellations made on https://jitva.help.
1. Introduction
Thank you for supporting Jitva Foundation. We are a non-profit organization working for healthcare, education, and community welfare. Your contributions help us run medical camps, health programs, and other welfare activities.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any donation or payment.
2. No Refund Policy
All donations made to Jitva Foundation are final and non-refundable.
Once a donation or payment is made, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded — regardless of the amount, method of payment, or purpose of the donation.
3. Exceptions (Very Limited)
Refunds will only be considered under the following rare circumstances:
- If the donation amount was deducted twice due to a technical error.
- If the payment was made by mistake (wrong amount or wrong NGO) AND the donor contacts us within 30 minutes.
- If the same transaction is processed multiple times by the payment gateway.
In such cases, donors must submit:
- Proof of payment
- Transaction ID
- Registered mobile number / email
Refund approval is at the sole discretion of Jitva Foundation management.
4. Payment Errors & Failed Transactions
If a payment is deducted but not updated on our website, it may be due to:
- Bank server delay
- UPI network issue
- Payment gateway processing time
In such cases, the amount is usually returned automatically to the donor's account within:
- 2 hours (UPI)
- 2–7 working days (Net Banking / Card)
If the amount is not returned after 7 working days, donors may contact us with payment proof.
